Our approach
RankingAI OÜ aims to make its public information and customer request journeys perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. We treat accessibility as part of service design and review it when material content or functionality changes. This statement is not a claim of third-party certification.
Measures used
- semantic headings, visible form labels, meaningful link text, and clear written instructions;
- keyboard-focus indicators, responsive layouts, and controls that do not rely only on colour;
- plain-language status, price, legal, privacy, validation, and error information; and
- an email and telephone route for assistance or an alternative way to complete a request.
Known limitations
The website is under active development and has not yet completed an independent WCAG conformance audit. Some decorative SVG icons may not yet be consistently hidden from assistive technology, and legal or registry material on third-party websites or in external documents may have limitations outside RankingAI's control. We will prioritise issues that block access to service information, a form, account access, or a time-sensitive domain procedure.

If you cannot access information or complete a request, email [email protected] with the page, problem, assistive technology or browser used if you wish to share it, and your preferred format or contact method. You may also call +86 137 7186 1896 during the published support hours. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.
We aim to acknowledge an accessibility request within two business days and provide an accessible alternative or a progress update as soon as practical. Formal complaints may also be submitted under our Complaints Procedure.
