Welcome to RankingAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services
provided by RankingAI OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registry code
17512460 ("RankingAI", "we", "us", "our"),
including our website rankingai.com and any related services (the "Service"). By accessing or
using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- Service — the rankingai.com website, dashboards, APIs, and related domain monitoring and registration services
- User — any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service
- Account — a registered user account on the Service
- Domain — any internet domain name targeted by Users via the Service
- Catch — the successful registration of an expired domain on behalf of a User
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- Not be a person barred from using the Service under applicable laws
- Comply with all applicable EU and national laws regarding domain registration
3. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account creation and to
keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at security@rankingai.com of any unauthorized use
of your account or any other security breach.
4. Services Provided
4.1 Domain Monitoring
We provide automated monitoring of expired domain names across multiple European country-code
top-level domain registries using public WHOIS, RDAP, and registry APIs.
4.2 Domain Drop Catching
When a monitored domain becomes available for registration, we attempt to register it on your
behalf using our own registrar accreditations where available or approved registrar partners where
required. RankingAI does not
guarantee successful capture — domain availability is competitive and outcomes depend
on registry behavior, network conditions, and other factors beyond our control.
4.3 AI Domain Scoring
Our AI scoring is provided for informational purposes only. Scores are based on publicly available
data and do not constitute investment advice or guarantees of domain value.
5. .uk Domain Registrations (Nominet)
The founder of RankingAI OÜ has operational experience with Nominet .uk registrar TAGs under his
personal / sole trader capacity. RankingAI OÜ is a separate Estonian legal entity. Any
.uk domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and management performed through
our Service are governed by, and subject to, Nominet's policies and agreements, including:
By registering a .uk domain through RankingAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agreed to be bound by Nominet's Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration. In the event
of any conflict between these Terms and Nominet's Terms and Conditions, Nominet's terms
shall prevail with respect to the .uk domain registration.
5.1 Key Nominet Policies You Must Comply With
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date registrant information. Nominet may suspend or
cancel domains with invalid data.
- You may not use .uk domains for phishing, malware distribution, or other abusive purposes.
- Disputes relating to .uk domain names may be resolved via the Nominet Dispute Resolution
Service (DRS).
- Nominet reserves the right to suspend or cancel a domain name in accordance with its policies.
5.2 Registrant Transfer and Renewal
- You may transfer your .uk domain to another Nominet-accredited registrar at any time, free
of charge.
- Renewal reminders are sent by email 30 days and 7 days before expiry. Unrenewed domains
follow Nominet's standard expiry lifecycle (30-day grace, 30-day suspension, 5-day pending
delete).
5A. .dk Domain Registrations (Punktum.dk)
RankingAI OÜ provides .dk registrar services through Punktum dk A/S. Customers may submit
manually reviewed .dk registration and backorder requests through RankingAI's .dk request workflow;
RankingAI submits a live .dk application to Punktum dk only after availability, eligibility, payment,
applicant acceptance evidence, and production readiness have been confirmed. Any .dk registration,
renewal, transfer, nameserver update, DNSSEC update, or related domain management request through
RankingAI is subject to these Terms, the applicable Punktum.dk terms and procedures, the
Danish Act on Internet Domains, and any other mandatory .dk registry rules.
- You must provide accurate registrant, contact, billing, and technical information and keep it up to date.
- You must accept the current Punktum.dk terms for the right to use a .dk domain name before a live .dk order is submitted.
- You understand that RankingAI, Punktum dk, or both may request a data or identity check where required by registry rules, contract, abuse-prevention controls, data-quality controls, or law. For some registrants — including new registrants with Danish addresses — this check is mandatory, and if it is not completed by the stated deadline the domain can be suspended or deleted.
- You must not use .dk domains for DNS abuse, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content, rights infringement, or other prohibited activity.
- If DNSSEC is enabled, you are responsible for ensuring that DS records match the active signed zone. Stale or incorrect DS records can make a domain fail DNSSEC validation.

Manually reviewed .dk registration requests may be submitted through the
.dk Registration Request form.
5B. .lt Domain Registrations (DOMREG)
RankingAI OÜ is an accredited .lt registrar. Any .lt registration, renewal, registrar change,
trade / holder change, nameserver update, DNSSEC/DS update, registrant account procedure, or
related domain management request through RankingAI is subject to these Terms, the current rules
and procedures published by DOMREG / the .lt registry, the Procedural Regulation for the .lt
top-level domain, and any other mandatory .lt registry requirements.
- You must provide accurate registrant, domain holder, technical contact, billing, nameserver, and registry procedure information and keep it up to date.
- You must confirm that you are authorized to request the relevant .lt procedure and that the domain name and its use comply with applicable law, registry rules, and third-party rights.
- You must review and accept the current .lt registry rules before RankingAI submits a live .lt registration or domain management request for you.
- You consent to RankingAI processing and transmitting the data needed to perform the requested .lt registry procedure, including transmission to DOMREG / the .lt registry and relevant technical or support providers.
- You must not use .lt domains for DNS abuse, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, illegal content, rights infringement, or other prohibited activity.
- If DNSSEC is enabled or DS records are submitted, you are responsible for ensuring that DS records match the active signed zone. Stale or incorrect DS records can make a domain fail DNSSEC validation.
- If IPv6 glue, IDN registration, domain trade, or registrar change services are requested, the procedure is available only where the current .lt registry rules and technical requirements allow it.

5C. .ch and .li Domain Registrations (SWITCH)
RankingAI OÜ provides .ch and .li registrar services through SWITCH. Any .ch or .li registration,
renewal, transfer, holder/contact update, nameserver update, DNSSEC/DS update, or related domain
management request through RankingAI is subject to these Terms, the current SWITCH General Terms
and Conditions for .ch and .li domain names, the applicable SWITCH procedures, and any other
mandatory .ch or .li registry requirements.
- You must provide accurate domain holder, contact, billing, nameserver, and registry procedure information and keep it up to date.
- You must confirm that you are authorized to request the relevant .ch or .li procedure and that the domain name and its use comply with applicable law, registry rules, and third-party rights.
- You must review and accept the current SWITCH rules before RankingAI submits a live .ch or .li registration or domain management request for you.
- You consent to RankingAI processing and transmitting the data needed to perform the requested .ch or .li registry procedure, including transmission to SWITCH and relevant technical or support providers.
- You must not use .ch or .li domains for DNS abuse, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, illegal content, rights infringement, or other prohibited activity.
- If DNSSEC is enabled or DS records are submitted, you are responsible for ensuring that DS records match the active signed zone. Stale or incorrect DS records can make a domain fail DNSSEC validation.

5D. .mx and .com.mx Domain Registrations (Registry .MX / NIC Mexico)
RankingAI OÜ is an accredited Registry .MX registrar. Any .mx or .com.mx registration,
renewal, transfer, restore, holder/contact update, nameserver update, DNSSEC/DS update, or related
domain management request through RankingAI is subject to these Terms, the current Registry .MX
policies and procedures, Registry .MX / NIC Mexico privacy notices where applicable, and any other
mandatory .mx registry requirements.
- You must provide accurate registrant, administrative, technical, billing, nameserver, DNSSEC/DS, payment, and registry procedure information and keep it correct, complete, accurate, and current.
- You must confirm that you are authorized to request the relevant .mx procedure and that the domain name and its use comply with applicable law, Registry .MX rules, and third-party rights.
- You must review and accept the current Registry .MX rules before RankingAI submits a live .mx or .com.mx registration or domain management request for you.
- You acknowledge that Registry .MX policies may change, that a domain registration does not create property rights in the domain name or registry data, and that Registry .MX may enforce its rules directly where required.
- You authorize RankingAI to process and transmit the data required to perform the requested .mx procedure, including transmission to Registry .MX / NIC Mexico and relevant technical, billing, support, dispute, or compliance providers.
- You acknowledge that Registry .MX / NIC Mexico may publish, reveal, transfer, or disclose domain and contact information through WHOIS/RDDS, to competent authorities, to service providers, or under registry procedures where required or permitted.
- You must not use .mx domains for DNS abuse, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, illegal content, rights infringement, or any other unlawful or prohibited activity.
- If RankingAI ceases to be the sponsoring registrar for a .mx domain, domain continuity, migration, transfer, or registrar-change handling may follow Registry .MX procedures, including migration to another accredited registrar where required by Registry .MX.
- If DNSSEC is enabled or DS records are submitted, you are responsible for ensuring that DS records match the active signed zone. Stale or incorrect DS records can make a domain fail DNSSEC validation.
Registry .MX domain lifecycle rules may include registration and renewal grace periods, automatic
renewal where conditions are met, suspension for non-payment, Pending Delete periods, restore
procedures, transfer AuthInfo requirements, and registry balance requirements. Registry charges
may become non-refundable once the applicable Registry .MX grace period or charging rule has
passed.
Other .mx classifications, including .net.mx, .org.mx, .edu.mx, and .gob.mx, may require eligibility
review, supporting documentation, or restricted-domain handling. RankingAI accepts those requests
only by manual review unless Registry .MX confirms that the specific request is permitted.

5E. .fi Domain Registrations (Traficom)
RankingAI OÜ provides .fi registrar services through Traficom. Any .fi registration, renewal,
registrar change, holder transfer, holder/contact update, nameserver update, DNSSEC/DS update, or
related domain management request through RankingAI is subject to these Terms, Traficom's current
.fi rules and procedures, Regulation M68 where applicable, NIS2-related registrar obligations, and
any other mandatory .fi registry requirements.
- You must provide accurate domain holder, contact, billing, nameserver, DNSSEC/DS, and registry procedure information and keep it correct, complete, and current.
- You must confirm that you are authorized to request the relevant .fi procedure and that the domain name and its use comply with applicable law, Traficom rules, protected-name and trademark rules, and third-party rights.
- You must review and accept the current .fi registry rules before RankingAI submits a live .fi registration or domain management request for you.
- You authorize RankingAI to verify the accuracy of the domain-user information you provide and to request reliable identification, company, representative-authority, contact, or documentary evidence where needed.
- You authorize RankingAI to process and transmit the data required to perform the requested .fi procedure, including transmission to Traficom and relevant technical, billing, support, abuse, dispute, or compliance providers.
- You acknowledge that Traficom may publish or disclose .fi domain information through its domain search / WHOIS service, OData interface, competent-authority processes, dispute procedures, or other lawful channels according to Traficom rules and applicable law.
- You must not use .fi domains for DNS abuse, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, illegal content, rights infringement, or any other unlawful or prohibited activity.
- If DNSSEC is enabled or DS records are submitted, you are responsible for ensuring that DS records match the active signed zone. Stale or incorrect DS records can make a domain fail DNSSEC validation.
- Registrar transfer keys and holder transfer keys are issued only after RankingAI verifies the requester's authorization. Transfer keys must be handled securely and may be valid only for the period set by Traficom.

5F. .eu Domain Registrations (EURid)
RankingAI OÜ is a EURid-accredited .eu registrar. Its registrar account is active, while production EPP integration, operational controls, and service testing are still in progress. Public self-service .eu ordering is not yet enabled. Before RankingAI submits a live .eu request, the following terms apply in addition to these Terms and mandatory EURid rules.
- You must satisfy the current .eu eligibility criteria and provide complete, accurate, and current registrant and contact data, including a functioning email address under your control.
- You must give RankingAI a specific, documented instruction for the requested registration, renewal, transfer, update, deletion, or other domain procedure.
- You must review and accept the current EURid Terms and Conditions and applicable .eu rules before a live request is submitted. RankingAI may retain evidence of your instruction and acceptance.
- You authorize RankingAI and EURid to verify registration data and to request identity, company, eligibility, authority, address, email, telephone, or other supporting evidence where required.
- You authorize RankingAI to process and transmit the data needed for the requested procedure to EURid and relevant technical, billing, security, support, dispute, and compliance providers.
- You must promptly correct inaccurate registration data and must not use a .eu domain for DNS abuse, phishing, malware, fraud, spam, unlawful content, rights infringement, or other prohibited activity.
- .eu registration periods, renewal, expiry, quarantine, transfer, verification, suspension, revocation, and dispute handling follow EURid's then-current rules and mandatory law.

5G. Domain Backorders (Expired Domain Pre-Registration)
A backorder is a request asking RankingAI to attempt to register a specific
expiring or expired domain on your behalf when, and if, it becomes available. Backorders are
offered for selected extensions only, starting with .dk, and are accepted through
our backorder form.
- No guarantee. A backorder does not guarantee a Catch. Domain drops are
competitive and outcomes depend on registry behaviour, timing, network conditions, and other
factors beyond our control. RankingAI is not liable for a domain that is not caught.
- You are the registrant. Where required by the registry — including for
.dk under Punktum.dk rules — the domain is registered directly under
your registrant details. RankingAI does not act as a nominee or proxy holder and does not
register such domains under its own identity to transfer to you later.
- Acceptance before the drop. You must provide accurate registrant and contact
information and accept the applicable registry terms and these Terms before any live registration
attempt. RankingAI records your acceptance and the acceptance timestamp as evidence.
- Registry checks. A successful registration can require a mandatory registrant
data / identity check by a registry deadline. Failure to complete a required check in time can
result in suspension or deletion of the domain, after which it may become available to others
again.
- Multiple requests for the same domain. Where more than one customer backorders
the same domain, RankingAI selects the winning customer before the drop — for example by
pre-auction, highest pre-authorized maximum bid, or first eligible request — and submits only
the selected customer at registration time. The applicable rule is published or communicated before
the drop.
- Payment. Backorder pricing and any deposit, success fee, or pre-authorized
maximum bid are confirmed with you before a live attempt. RankingAI does not store raw card
details; payments are handled through a payment provider or other agreed method.

backorder status page. For
.dk backorders, the applicable Punktum.dk terms, the Danish Act on Internet Domains, and any other
mandatory .dk registry rules also apply, as set out in section 5A above.
6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Pricing
Pricing for our services is published at rankingai.com. We reserve the
right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
6.2 Payment Terms
- Subscription plans: billed in advance, monthly or annually
- Drop catch fees: charged only upon successful catch ("No catch, no pay") unless a different written arrangement is confirmed before the attempt
- Domain registration fees: charged at the price confirmed to you before the registry request is submitted
- Refunds: available within 14 days for unused subscription periods, in compliance with EU consumer protection law
6.3 Taxes
RankingAI OÜ is not currently VAT registered. Prices and quotes state whether tax is included or
payable. We will charge VAT only when legally required and will update our billing information after
registration. Customers remain responsible for taxes that apply in their own jurisdiction.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of others
- Register domains for the purpose of cybersquatting, typosquatting, or trademark infringement
- Engage in phishing, fraud, or other deceptive practices
- Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or related infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond what our APIs permit
- Resell our services without an explicit reseller agreement
8. Domain Registration Compliance
When registering domains through our Service, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the
applicable registry policies, including:
- AFNIC Naming Charter (.fr)
- EURid Terms and Conditions, policies, and .eu rules (.eu)
- DENIC Domain Guidelines (.de)
- Registro.it Regulations (.it)
- SIDN Terms (.nl)
- Punktum.dk terms and procedures (.dk)
- DOMREG / .lt registry rules and the Procedural Regulation for the .lt domain (.lt)
- SWITCH General Terms and Conditions and procedures (.ch and .li)
- Registry .MX / NIC Mexico policies and procedures (.mx, .com.mx, and related .mx classifications)
- Traficom .fi rules, Regulation M68, and NIS2-related registrar obligations (.fi)
- Other registry-specific policies
You are responsible for ensuring you meet any eligibility requirements (including local presence,
business registration, or trustee services) for the domains you wish to register.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by RankingAI and
protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy,
modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, but grant us a limited license to
use that data to provide the Service.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service
is provided "as is" and "as available". Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when
possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- RankingAI is not liable for failed domain catches, missed registrations, or domains acquired by competing parties
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RankingAI, its officers, employees, and
agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation
of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with appropriate notice. We reserve the
right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Domains registered through the
Service remain registered to the applicable registrant subject to registry rules, the registration
period, payment, applicable law, and any transfer or suspension requirements. Domain registration
grants a conditional right of use and is not an unrestricted property right.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia,
unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
Consumers retain the protection of mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of
residence.
15. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at
legal@rankingai.com to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued. Where applicable, an Estonian
consumer may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.
Mandatory registry dispute procedures, including EURid ADR for .eu domains, remain unaffected.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or
through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes apply from the stated effective
date. Where applicable law or a registry procedure requires express acceptance, we will obtain it
before carrying out the affected request.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and
RankingAI regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms are provided in English. In case of conflict between translations, the English
version shall prevail.
