RankingAI OÜ has completed SWITCH registrar onboarding for .ch and .li production EPP access. RankingAI can provide .ch and .li registration and domain management services where the requested service is permitted by the current SWITCH rules, applicable law, customer verification, payment, and technical conditions.
Public self-service .ch and .li ordering is not yet enabled. During this initial production phase, .ch and .li service requests are handled manually by email. RankingAI confirms the applicable price, registry requirements, customer acceptance evidence, and payment instructions in writing before submitting a live .ch or .li registration or management request.

RankingAI OÜ supports the following .ch and .li services where permitted by SWITCH rules, customer authorization, registry availability, and applicable law:
Customers may use their own authoritative DNS provider or request use of RankingAI-operated nameservers, currently ns1.rankingai.com and ns2.rankingai.com. Nameserver changes are processed manually during the initial production phase.
RankingAI can submit DS records for DNSSEC-signed .ch and .li domains upon the domain holder's request. Customers using external nameservers are responsible for ensuring that DS records match the active signed zone. Stale or incorrect DS records can make a domain fail DNSSEC validation.
RankingAI does not currently operate an automated public checkout for .ch and .li domains. Manual .ch and .li service requests are quoted in writing before the order is accepted. The written quote states the service price, any registry or handling fee, applicable tax, payment method, and any other charge before RankingAI submits the registry request.

.ch and .li services are provided subject to the official rules, procedures, notices, and decisions published by SWITCH and applicable law. Customers should review the current official SWITCH information before ordering or initiating .ch or .li procedures.
Before RankingAI submits a .ch or .li registration, renewal, transfer, DNSSEC/DS update, nameserver update, holder/contact update, or other domain management request, the customer must provide accurate domain holder and contact information, confirm that they are authorized to request the procedure, accept the current SWITCH rules and RankingAI terms, and consent to the processing and transfer of the data needed to perform the registry procedure.
RankingAI records the customer's written acceptance and service instructions as evidence for registry compliance, billing, support, abuse handling, dispute handling, and legal record-keeping.
When a .ch or .li domain is created or managed, domain holder, contact, nameserver, DNSSEC/DS, registrar, support and transaction data may be processed by RankingAI and SWITCH according to registry rules, registry privacy requirements and applicable data-protection law.
RankingAI OÜ processes customer and domain data only as necessary to provide requested domain registration and management services, comply with registry procedures, maintain records, support customers, prevent abuse, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal and registry requirements.
