How to report DNS abuse, phishing, malware, spam, fraud, and registrar security concerns to RankingAI.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
Dedicated abuse mailbox: abuse@rankingai.com
This policy explains how RankingAI OÜ receives, reviews, and acts on abuse reports involving domain names, customer accounts, DNS services, registrar workflows, and related services operated by RankingAI. RankingAI operates selected registrar services, including .eu, .fi, .lt, .ch/.li, and .mx/.com.mx where active, and will only operate additional registry or ICANN-regulated services where it is authorised to do so. The .eu registrar account is active, while public .eu ordering remains unavailable until production integration and controls testing are complete.
Please include the domain name, URLs, screenshots, message headers, logs, evidence of harm, and your contact details. Incomplete reports will still be reviewed, but clear evidence helps us act faster.
| Priority | Examples | Initial review target |
|---|---|---|
| Critical | Active phishing, malware, compromised registrar account, urgent child-safety or public-safety issue | Same business day and as soon as practicable |
| High | Fraud, botnet indicators, repeated spam infrastructure, court or law enforcement notice | Within 1 business day |
| Normal | Trademark, copyright, customer dispute, non-urgent policy complaint | Within 3 business days |
| Low | Incomplete report or informational notice | Within 5 business days |
Depending on evidence, authority, registry rules, and applicable law, RankingAI may request customer remediation, suspend or lock a domain, disable DNS, escalate to a registry or provider, preserve evidence, respond to law enforcement, or decline action where the matter is outside registrar control or unsupported by evidence.
RankingAI records abuse reports, evidence, decisions, communications, and actions taken for audit, security, legal, and registry compliance purposes.
