RankingAI OÜ operates .fi domain registrar services through Traficom, the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency. RankingAI has active .fi production EPP access and handles .fi requests manually during this initial production phase.
Public self-service .fi ordering is not yet enabled. A .fi registration, renewal, transfer, holder update, nameserver update, DNSSEC/DS update, or related domain management request is reviewed manually before RankingAI submits a live registry request.

RankingAI OÜ supports the following .fi domain services where permitted by Traficom rules, customer authorization, registry availability, payment status, and applicable law:
RankingAI verifies .fi customer and domain-user information before submitting or updating registry data. Depending on the customer type and risk profile, verification may include company-register checks, VAT or business-register checks, email confirmation, phone confirmation, address confirmation, review of authorization documents, beneficial-owner or representative authority checks, and other reliable identification or documentary checks.
Customers must provide accurate, complete, and current domain holder and contact data, and must promptly notify RankingAI of changes. RankingAI may refuse, pause, lock, correct, or reverse a request if the supplied information is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized, unlawful, or cannot be verified to the level required by Traficom rules, NIS2-related obligations, abuse-prevention controls, contract requirements, or applicable law.
RankingAI handles lawful requests for .fi domain information without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after receipt where the request is valid and RankingAI is the appropriate registrar to respond. Each request is assessed for the requester's right to access the information and for compliance with data-protection law.
Requests from competent authorities, right holders, legal representatives, and other entitled requesters should be sent to hello@rankingai.com. Abuse or security-related requests should be sent to abuse@rankingai.com. Include the domain name, legal basis, requester identity, authority or authorization evidence, requested information, and any urgency or deadline.
Public information about .fi domain names managed by RankingAI can be checked through Traficom's official .fi domain search / WHOIS service. Traficom's public search may show different information depending on whether the holder is a company, organization, or private person.
Open Traficom .fi domain search
To change the registrar of a .fi domain, the domain holder needs a registrar transfer key that is valid for 30 days. The domain holder may request the key from the current registrar and forward it to the new registrar, or authorize the new registrar to obtain the key from the previous registrar where the procedure allows it.
To transfer a .fi domain to a new holder, the holder transfer key is required and is also valid for 30 days. If a holder transfer and registrar change are performed together, both the holder transfer key and registrar transfer key may be required.
RankingAI provides .fi transfer keys only after verifying that the requester is the domain holder or an authorized representative. Send transfer-key or registrar-change requests to hello@rankingai.com from the domain holder's known contact address where possible.
Customers may use their own nameservers or request nameserver updates through RankingAI. RankingAI's current nameservers for eligible managed domains are:
Nameserver and DNSSEC/DS changes are manual during the initial .fi production phase. Customers using external DNS providers remain responsible for ensuring that authoritative DNS, DNSSEC signing, and DS data are correct. Incorrect nameserver or DS data can make a domain fail resolution or DNSSEC validation.
RankingAI does not currently operate an automated public checkout for .fi domains. Manual .fi service requests are quoted in writing before the order is accepted. The written quote states the service price, any registry or handling fee, applicable tax, payment method, and any other charge before RankingAI submits the registry request.

.fi services are provided subject to the rules, procedures, notices, and decisions published by Traficom, including Regulation M68, the Act on Electronic Communications Services, applicable NIS2-related obligations, and applicable data-protection law.
